Crypto-Asset Services
CU Global, Inc. does not hold users' crypto-assets or funds and does not itself provide custody, trading or exchange services (see Sections 2 and 3 of the Terms of Service). It operates the Rumos application and website and provides the technology interface, customer support and non-regulated features.
Custody of the crypto-assets available through Rumos is provided by BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association (formerly BitGo Trust Company, Inc.), a national banking association chartered under the laws of the United States and authorized by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). Digital assets are not insured by the FDIC or SIPC. Trades are executed with BitGo Prime, LLC as your counterparty, and trade settlement is provided by BitGo Bank & Trust, N.A.; if your BitGo Electronic Trading Agreement names a different BitGo entity as the trading party, that entity is your counterparty. These services are provided under your own agreements with BitGo. The terms of the relevant BitGo entity govern those services, and that entity is responsible for them.
