Cookie Policy (US)

Region: United States · Version: 1.0 · Effective date: November 4, 2026

This Cookie Policy, together with our Privacy Policy, describes how we use cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website, available at rumos.us (formerly cryptounity.us) (the "Site"), use the Rumos mobile application (the "Mobile App"), or interact with our services, content or communications (collectively, the "Services").

For the purposes of this Cookie Policy, "we", "us" or "our" refer to CU Global, Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with its business address at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 40602, Dover, DE 19904, which operates the Site and the Mobile App for users in the United States under the Rumos brand (until November 4, 2026: "CryptoUnity").

We use cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, session storage and software development kits ("SDKs"), to operate, improve and secure our Services. Where these technologies collect Personal Data, that processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you have questions about this Cookie Policy, you may contact us at info@rumos.us.

1. What These Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow us and our service providers to recognize your browser or device and to store certain information for the purposes described in this Policy.

Local storage and session storage are browser technologies that store data on your device. Data in local storage remains until you delete it; data in session storage is deleted when you close the browser tab.

SDKs are code components integrated into our Mobile App that provide functions such as notifications, crash reporting, identity verification and usage analysis, and that may collect information about the device and network used to access the Services.

These technologies may be set by us (first-party) or by third-party service providers.

We do not use advertising cookies or pixels on the Site.

2. Categories We Use

(i) Strictly necessary. Essential for the operation of the Services, including remembering your cookie choices, account login, security and fraud prevention.

(ii) Functionality. Remember choices you make (such as language, region or display theme). They are set when you make that choice and are used only to provide the function you requested.

(iii) Analytics and performance. Help us understand how users interact with the Services, for example pages visited, errors encountered and overall usage patterns, so that we can improve them.

(iv) Marketing and attribution. Help us understand which campaigns or links brought a visitor to the Services and to the app stores.

On the Site, Google Analytics, session recording and the campaign keys cu_utm / cu_attr are active by default. You can refuse them at any time through the cookie settings (the cookie button on the Site). If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, they are not used unless you opt in afterwards through the cookie settings. Umami page counting is cookieless and stores nothing on your device.

Google Play Install Referrer (Android only) Google LLC (Google Play) Read once after installation to pick up a referral code (referral programme) and, for install attribution, to send the full referrer and the Google Play click and install times once per installation to our own servers; we store this ourselves and do not pass it to Meta or Google Functionality (referral code); attribution: Analytics (on by default for accounts in the United States, which can switch it off in the app under Settings → Privacy from version 1.18; for accounts in other countries, from version 1.18 only after you allow it)

Read once after installation; our servers exchange it with Apple for Apple Search Ads attribution data (which ad or campaign the installation came from); we store the result ourselves and do not pass it to Meta or Google Analytics (on by default for accounts in the United States, which can switch it off in the app under Settings → Privacy from version 1.18; for accounts in other countries, from version 1.18 only after you allow it)

4. Your Choices

You can manage your choices at any time through the cookie settings on the Site. You can also manage or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings:

  • Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enable-and-disable-cookies-website-preferences
  • Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647
  • Microsoft Edge: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/delete-and-manage-cookies-168dab11-0753-043d-7c16-ede5947fc64d
  • Safari: https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/manage-cookies-and-website-data-sfri11471/mac

In the Mobile App, usage analytics (Firebase Analytics) is used only to measure and improve the Mobile App. Versions before 1.18 collect usage analytics and install-attribution data by default and have no setting to switch them off; to get the switch, update the Mobile App to the latest version. From version 1.18, usage analytics and install attribution are on by default for users whose account country is the United States, and you can switch them off at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy. For accounts in any other country, or while no country is set, the Mobile App (from version 1.18) asks you first, and usage analytics and install attribution stay off until you allow them; you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy. In all versions the data is processed by Google as our service provider and is not used for advertising.

On your mobile device you can manage notifications and limit ad tracking in your device settings.

Disabling strictly necessary or functionality technologies may affect the functionality of the Services.

5. State Privacy Rights

We do not sell Personal Data, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other state privacy laws. The analytics and attribution technologies described in this Policy are used only to measure and improve our own Services, through service providers acting on our behalf. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, the Site treats it as a refusal of Google Analytics, session recording and campaign attribution for that browser, unless you opt in afterwards through the cookie settings. Because we do not sell or share Personal Data, we do not display a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link; if this changes, we will add the link and update this Policy before any selling or sharing begins. Your other privacy rights are described in Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Technologies

Where we use third-party technologies (see Section 3), the third party may receive information about your use of the Services, such as pages visited, device information and interactions. Google LLC provides Google Analytics (on the Site) and Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Cloud Messaging (in the Mobile App) to us as our service provider. We have accepted Google's data processing terms for these products (the Google Ads Data Processing Terms for Google Analytics, and the Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms for the Firebase services), which limit Google to processing this data on our behalf. We have switched off data sharing with Google for Google's own purposes, Google signals and ads personalization, and we do not link these products to any advertising account.

7. Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies or legal requirements. Where required by applicable law, we will notify you of material changes, for example by a notice on the Site or in the Mobile App.

The current version of this Cookie Policy is always available on the Site, together with its effective date.
